The 10 Principles of the US Citizens Elections Bill of Rights

The Handbook is organized around ten core principles. Each one addresses a real vulnerability in how elections are run today.

Principle I: Only U.S. Citizens Participate in Elections

Proof of citizenship at registration, database verification, and ID that confirms citizenship status.

Principle II: Voter ID for All Votes and Voters

Photo ID required for every ballot cast, including absentee. Acceptable IDs must confirm citizenship and residency.
